Data and purposes

For registration and sign-in, we process your email, hashed password, role, sessions, email verification status and password recovery requests. For subscriptions and licences, we process Stripe identifiers, plan, payment status, receipts, connected devices and their names, installation identifiers and expiry dates. These data provide accounts, downloads, subscriptions and licences, based on the contract or steps taken before entering into it.

Stripe directly collects card and billing details, including name, address and tax identifier where required. Electrion does not store the complete card number. Accounting and tax data are processed to meet legal obligations. IP addresses, HTTP requests, timestamps, technical errors and commercial activity records support security, abuse prevention and diagnostics, based on the controller’s legitimate interests. We do not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

Your email and credentials are necessary to create an account; required billing and payment details are necessary to purchase. This website does not use your data for advertising or newsletters. Support requests are processed to respond and resolve the reported problem.

Projects and AI on your PC

The commercial portal does not automatically receive workstation drawings, chat, documents or AI credentials. Those archives belong to the local app. When you use the assistant, the app may send necessary text and context to your chosen AI provider, including selected documents or images. Use your own account or API and review provider terms before sharing confidential data. Voluntary support submissions are a separate process limited to your request.

Recipients and transfers

The service uses Aruba hosting and email infrastructure, Stripe for payments and authorised staff for administration and support. Accounting advisers and authorities may access data where legally required. Data are not sold. Stripe may process data outside the European Economic Area according to its privacy notice and applicable safeguards; information on purposes, recipients and transfers is available in Stripe’s privacy notice. The AI provider is selected by the customer and governed by the customer’s relationship with that provider.

Retention and rights

Account data are retained while the account is active and afterwards as needed for legal obligations, payments and disputes. Accounting records follow applicable statutory retention periods. Sessions and tokens expire according to their purpose; technical logs and operational copies are retained for proportionate security and service continuity needs. Token expiry does not delete every record: you can ask the controller for details or deletion.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection where provided by the GDPR, by writing to info@jitengineering.net. Deletion may be limited by retention obligations. You may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
