App and requirements

Electrion is a 64-bit Windows PC app with a drawing workspace and integrated assistant. Microsoft Edge WebView2 and an internet connection for accounts, licences and AI are required. The assistant requires the customer’s own AI account or API: that provider’s availability, terms and usage charges are separate from the Electrion subscription. Downloads are available after registration, including Free without a payment card.

Projects stay on the PC and are not synchronised by the portal. Users are responsible for backups and authorisation to use uploaded data. The app produces drafts and model checks: a competent professional must review outputs before use. It is not installation certification, physical commissioning or a control system for the installation.

Plans and pricing

Prices exclude VAT; the total, including taxes applicable to your billing details, is shown at checkout before confirmation. Free allows 2 projects and 20 sheets per project. Paid plans have no project or sheet-count limits. All plans include the assistant; additional devices share the plan, not project archives.

Payments, renewal and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. A paid plan activates after confirmed payment. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically on the same billing cycle; Stripe shows the price, taxes and recurrence before confirmation. Your customer account provides card, billing details, plan changes and cancellation. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the paid period. Plan changes may generate prorations, shown in the portal before confirmation. An incomplete payment does not activate a new plan.

When the paid period ends or no valid payment exists, Free limits apply. Existing projects remain readable and exportable. Each connected device needs its online licence refreshed before expiry, at most 24 hours. Payment invoices and receipts are available in your account; this is not a promise of automatic Italian SDI electronic invoicing integration.

Support, withdrawal and statutory rights

For support, disputes, account deletion or a refund request, contact info@jitengineering.net with your account email and payment reference. Renewal cancellation and a refund request are separate operations. Mandatory statutory rights and legal conformity guarantees remain applicable.

If you purchase as a consumer, you may notify withdrawal within 14 days of concluding the contract by an explicit statement emailed to info@jitengineering.net or sent to the registered office, stating your name, account and purchase date. You may use: “I withdraw from the Electrion subscription purchased on …, account …, name …, date …”. Downloading Free or initial use does not automatically waive withdrawal rights. This website does not require a withdrawal waiver.

Use and changes

Do not share credentials or bypass device limits; you may revoke and reconnect your devices in your customer account. Technical outputs require verification of sources, components, pins and connections. JIT does not acquire ownership of your projects. Third-party components and libraries retain their licences and attributions.

Material changes to prices or terms will be communicated before applying to a subsequent renewal, with an opportunity to cancel. Italian law applies, without limiting consumers’ mandatory rights or legally required jurisdiction. These terms concern Electrion, not other JIT services.
